1.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be provided for single-tool plans in the following situations:

• The tool remains non-functional for more than 48 hours due to technical issues caused by us.
• Only a portion of the service is affected while other tools or features continue functioning properly.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• User errors, including logging in from multiple devices or switching devices after activation.
• Removing, disabling, or uninstalling required extensions or components.
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or updates by the official tool provider.
• Personal preference changes, including dissatisfaction after successful delivery.
• Refund requests submitted more than three (3) days after activation.
• Attempting to inspect, tamper with, or open developer tools (DevTools) may result in permanent suspension and void refund eligibility.
